How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
All over the UAE: 1–2 weeks.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can easily track your package.
What shipping methods do you offer?

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we are not shipping worldwide for now. In the very near future, we ship worldwide! Our international customers can enjoy the same luxury experience as our UAE-based customers.
How can I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
